These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website https://hrsteel.ca and any services provided by HR Steel (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our site, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
HR Steel provides steel fabrication services including but not limited to structural steel erection, laser cutting, CNC machining, and custom steel parts fabrication. All services are subject to availability and capacity.
2. Quotes and Orders
All quotes are valid for 15 days unless stated otherwise. A project begins only after written confirmation and payment of a 50% deposit. Remaining balance is due Net 30 from the invoice date.
3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are subject to applicable taxes. Payments can be made via bank transfer, cheque, or other approved methods. Late payments may incur additional charges.
4. Delivery and Lead Time
Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary based on scope and material availability. We are not liable for delays caused by third parties, weather, or events beyond our control.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate specifications, drawings, and project requirements. Any changes after project start may affect delivery time and cost.
6. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer returns. Refunds are considered only in cases of proven manufacturing defects and at our sole discretion.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including CAD drawings, images, text, and logos on this site, is the property of HR Steel and may not be reused without permission.
8. Warranty and Liability
We warrant our products against material and workmanship defects for a period of 30 days after delivery. Our liability is limited to the cost of the defective product or service.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the website implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.
